Returns are permitted upon approval within seven days of merchandise receipt. The buyer must contact Siegfried's Call, Inc. by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, or via phone at (866) 888-7478 to obtain approval and an RA (return authorization number). Siegfried's Call, Inc. cannot accept a return if it is damaged, shows wear or no RA number was given. Refunds are given in the amount of the purchase price and any sales tax paid. No refunds can be given for shipping/freight charges. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and applicable shipping insurance fees.

Horn Trial Policy
Horns in Stock
A 7-day trial period is included with all in stock instruments from the day you receive the instrument. The customer must pay the invoice in full including any possible shipping charges and applicable taxes before the trial can begin. After seven days, the instrument is not refundable. If the decision by the customer is to return the horn, please see the above section on our return policy. A RA number must be obtained to return a horn.
Siegfried's Call, Inc. will insure and ship the instrument to the customer when necessary. Upon a return, the instrument is received by Siegfried's Call, Inc. and is inspected and when declared to be in the same condition in which it was shipped to the customer, the invoiced instrument cost will be returned along with applicable taxes, minus shipping charges.
Special Order Horns
Special Orders are not returnable or refundable. A 50% deposit for the special order is required to start the building process with our various suppliers. Special orders maintain a typical 12-week delivery schedule from the day of deposit. Plan ahead, as the 50% invoice balance is due when we receive notice from the supplier/manufacturer that the instrument is near completion, and we have a shipment date from the country of manufacture. Some manufacturers will require more than 12 weeks, some less. We will maintain contact between you and the manufacturer during the waiting period with regards to schedule. To place special orders, the customer must contact by email or phone as we will need to input manually the order to take the 50% deposit. Some customers choose to pay the special order 100% up front. If this is the case, and you are using your PAYPAL, Amazon Payments, or Credit Card, you can proceed to checkout. Otherwise, please contact us directly to build the order manually.
The customer is required to report any possible shipping damage immediately upon receipt of the horn. The customer is responsible for any damage that may have occurred while in the custody of the instrument and in transit back to Siegfried's Call, Inc. If the instrument is declared to have been damaged by the customer, repair and depreciation costs will be assessed. Siegfried's Call, Inc. highly encourages our customers to purchase additional shipping insurance.
Sheet music can not be returned or exchanged. If an error in shipping, i.e.,: incorrect item, Siegfried's Call, Inc. will honor a return including shipping charges and send the correct item. Sheet Music returned do to our shipping error must be in mint condition with no markings.
Any defective recording is accepted as the reason for return. Refer to return policy above. Opened Cd's and DVD's that are not defective are non-returnable. If the items are in original packaging with shrink wrap, a return authorization will be given.
