Dear Siegfried’s Call customers,

It is important to note that our items listed with a “Buy Now” button are not linked to any inventory control system.  Because of this, we may or may not have that item in our actual inventory at the time you choose to purchase.  All items that are listed with a “Buy Now” button are items that we intend to maintain an inventory of, and if your item is not in stock at the time of ordering online, you will be contacted by Siegfried’s Call personally with the best information about your order. 

All online credit card orders will not be processed until personal contact with you, either by phone or email, has been established.  The shopping cart simply stores your order safely and securely and notifies Siegfried’s Call that the order has been placed.  Again, you will be notified personally before any charges are processed.  This being said, you will maintain the right to cancel your order if you so choose.  Currently we accept VISA, MASTER CARD, and DISCOVER credit cards.  If you are at all concerned about shipping charges for the order, simply fill out all fields for your order, and we will make any necessary adjustments after communication with you has been achieved.

In some cases, shipping and handling for items on our website are included in the price of the item, or instructions are given to choose the shipping method that best suits you.  In regards to instrument purchases, simply place the order for the instrument, and we will contact you after receiving notice of your order and discuss the best shipping options for your order.

Although we offer expedited shipping using UPS, or USPS, we can only guarantee the expedited service after you have been personally contacted, and the order is successfully processed. 

We do realize that our online shopping system is somewhat different than what you may be used to with other large budget websites, but rest assured that your orders will be safe, secure, and dealt with in a timely manner.  We are still a small family-style growing business that relies on customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.  As our business grows, so too will our online shopping experience.

Every time you click on a “Buy Now” button, a new tab or window opens with that item in your “cart”.  If you close the window, and click on any “Buy Now” button again, the tab or window will reappear with the new item listed on your order.  You can easily change the quantity of the item, and to remove an item, enter a quantity of zero and click re-calculate.
